Q:  Can i pay by credit card or debit card?

A: Yes, select the credit/ debit card option. We accept mastercard and Visa.

Q: How do I make sure I am ordering the correct Parts for my Car?

with your enquiry and our friendly staff will help you.

Q: Are your car parts sold with any sort of warranty.
A: Yes. All our parts are sold are OE (Original Equipment) quality and come with a minimum 12month/10,000km parts replacement warranty*. Any Genuine item sold is covered by the manufacturers Parts warranty. For Example: Holden Parts are sold with a 2 year/20 000km parts warranty**. Please see our terms and conditions for full warranty details.

Q: How long do you take to send my order?
A: We endeavour to pick and pack all orders within 24hours. If there is any delay in shipping, we guarantee we will contact you.   We post and despatch our freight daily at 2.00pm EST. The arrival of your package depends on your location. Please see our estimated freight times by location on our information page in shipping.

Q Do you ship internationally?
A Yes we do. We ship internationally using Aust Post 

Q Will my new car warranty be affected if I fit your service items such as your filters or spark plugs to my car?
A: No your new car warranty is protected. All of our parts sold are OE quality or higher. As long as the parts are fitted by a licenced Mechanic and the service work is carried as per the Manufactures specifications, your new car warranty is not affected.

Q: Can I pick up my order from you?
A: Yes, by appointment only. We are a mail order wholesale business and do not have a store front. By keeping our overheads to a minimum, we can sell to you at the lowest prices

Q: If I cant find what I need on your store, can you order it for me?
A: Yes, We have very reliable suppliers and can source most items within 24 hours
