The heater valve and heater hose are integral components in a vehicle’s engine cooling system.

Their combined performance impacts on the engine’s ability to regulate the heat inside the cabin of a vehicle but they can also cause engine damage should they leak or not function properly.
More specifically a leak in either the heater valve or hose can influence the loss of engine coolant from the cooling system and lead to the engine overheating.
