Metric Ball-End In-Hex Power Bits T&E Tools

I ordered this item based on the photo showing a set of 9 bits. However I only received the 3 smallest bits. The bits themselves appear to be well made, I was just expecting a set of 9. I note this item is about 1/3 the price of a similar set that includes all the same size bits with just the addition of the 1/4" hex to square drive adaptor.
