OHC Valve Lifter
By: Nigel Ackroyd on 1 September 2015Just replaced the valves on my Jaguar XF. You need a lifter in this configuration as the valve stems are situated below the level of the rocker cover seal. Now all that's need is for some genius to come up with a way of getting those pesky collets in place.
